You’ve probably seen us posting about our Christmas Black Tie event, but we wanted to share why this evening is so much more than a celebration. Behind the sparkle lies a powerful purpose: this event will help us kick-start something incredibly important, the launch of our men’s mental health charity in 2026.

Working in a male-dominated industry, we see the silent struggles so many men face every single day. The pressures, the isolation, the unspoken battles with mental health are something we can’t and won’t ignore. Our vision is to create a safe, supportive space right here at our training center, a sort of modern-day “men’s shed” where men can simply be. Be heard. Be understood. Be supported.
