Apprenticeships at Hampshire Training and Assessments!
For over 11 years, Hampshire Training and Assessments has been a trusted leader in industry training. Built on more than a decade of expertise delivering career-changer and new entrant courses with outstanding outcomes, we are proud to bring our high-quality, proven training model to our Gas, Electrical, and Plumbing Apprenticeship programmes.
We believe in providing the most comprehensive, hands on training the industry has ever seen. Unlike traditional programmes, our focus is on real world skills gained in realistic working environments. This isn’t about simply attending a class; it’s a stress free, direct path to becoming a fully qualified professional, ensuring our apprentices have the confidence and competence to work autonomously from day one.
Why Choose an HTAA Apprenticeship?
Our programmes run for up to 48 months and combine high-quality in-centre training with vital on-the-job experience.
Small Class Sizes: We limit our sessions to just 8–10 candidates. This guarantees you plenty of one-on-one time with your trainer and ample opportunity for practical, hands-on work.
Flexible, Quarterly Enrolment: Why wait until September? We offer flexible, quarterly enrolment dates so you can kickstart your career journey without delay.
Convenient Schedule: Training requires just one day a week in-centre (8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.), making it easy to balance work and learning. Plus, we don’t close for school holidays, keeping your training on track.
24/7 Online Portal: From day one, you’ll have access to our digital study portal containing all theory materials, allowing you to revisit resources and reinforce your learning at any time.
Who Can Apply?
Our apprenticeships are truly designed for everyone. We welcome applicants from ages 16 to 65, including:
