He does have a knack for saying totally inappropriate things but training with Tom = learning, laughing, and leaving with the skills you need.
Paul’s quick wit and sense of humour mean there’s never a dull moment when he’s around, but behind the laughs he’s extremely kind and caring.

Meet our amazing Accounts Manager, Lauren - though around HTAA you might hear her called Jade! With her bubbly personality and bundles of energy, she lights up the office every single day. She’s also incredibly intelligent, inspirational, and motivational, and let’s not forget… she’s our very own fashion queen

Niki is truly one of a kind. She’s bundles of fun, always bringing energy and laughter into the office, but also the person you can count on whenever you need help or advice.
As John’s right-hand woman, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and is always one step ahead! And let’s not forget the snack drawers (yes, plural!) From a quick pick-me-up to an emergency sweet fix, Niki’s got you covered.

Meet Lisa! If you’ve ever booked onto one of our courses, chances are you’ve spoken to Lisa, our wonderful Bookings Administrator!
She is known as the office DJ, she keeps the atmosphere upbeat and is definitely the mum of the office who is extremely caring and looks after everyone.
And if that wasn’t enough, Lisa is also our star baker! Bringing in sweet treats that never last more than a few minutes!
Meet Lily, our amazing Enquiries Administrator, and usually the very first person you’ll speak to when you get in touch with us!
She’s bubbly, funny and driven! Always ready to help with a big smile on her face. Known for her (sometimes questionable) singing and dancing, Lily brings so much energy to the office and is truly our little ray of sunshine.

Meet Kasey, our brilliant Candidate Liaison and Apprenticeship Lead!
You’ll usually find her busy helping our apprentices, making sure they’ve got everything they need to succeed.
Kasey might be the tiniest person in the office, but she’s a big presence - always there to support both our team and our learners.

As a training and assessment centre, we are very proud to be offering courses in the Domestic, Commercial & LPG Gas, Electrical, Plumbing, Renewables & Oil with a side of apprenticeships. Our course packages are handpicked to best suit industry requirements, this ensures eligibility for you to work as an industry recognised registered tradesperson ie Registering with Gas Safe, NAPIT, MCS etc.
We also offer business support and interview hints and tips to assist our candidates ace their first or next interview.
Our quality training is delivered by experienced trainers who are industry professionals, many of them owning and running their own business before becoming a trainer; enabling our candidates the opportunity to learn in an environment where both parties are passionate and are keen to excel.
